Angelina Jolie is Creeped Out By Octuplets Mom

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie is said to be 'creeped out' by octuplets' mother Nadya Suleman after she received several admiring letters from her. Sources close to Angelina said the 33-year-old Suleman had written to Jolie praising her support of children and gushing about how talented she was. She is said to be irritated by Suleman - and particularly by rumors claiming the single mother had facial surgery to make her look more like her.

Friends of Suleman said she had altered her appearance to look like Jolie. The source was quoted as saying: "It is clear this woman needs psychological help. It's one thing to clip out a celebrity's photo from a magazine and ask your hair stylist to copy that cut. Who hasn't done that? But to have a nose job, have collagen injections in your lips and start talking like Angelina - that's over the top."

Suleman has set up a website to solicit donations for her children after controversy over their birth two weeks ago appears to have put many sponsors off. She launched a website yesterday, encouraging readers to give her money via credit cards and send parcels. The American mother, who already receives a raft of state handouts to care for her growing brood, also left a message to well-wishers. "We thank you for the love and good wishes sent to us from around the world".

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Miss Suleman has three disabled children
Despite previously insisting that she will not be claiming benefits, her publicist confirmed that she already receives food stamps and child disability payments to help feed and care for her six other children.

The more news that keeps coming out about this lady the more I think that she does really need help. I believe she did have these children to possibly get a t.v. show like it was reported. It seems to be the case, why else would she start a website to collect money from people. This woman makes me so angry-How do you guys feel about her?

Jessica Simpson is set to turn her weight gain into a career opportunity.

She has revealed plans to launch her own fashion line for curvy women. She has created clothing to help women of all shapes avoid feeling 'frumpy.' She told In Style magazine: "I want to create clothes that flatter every figure".

Jessica promises:
"I know how a dress can make you feel so frumpy. I promise mine won't."
"I know what flatters a woman, and trust me, I've been judged a lot in my life."
"By now I know what works if you're curvy."
"If my clothing and accessories make you feel great and let you walk proud and tall - in big, big platform shoes - then I'm happy."

I'm glad she isn't letting the media get to her. She is not fat at all-she has beautiful womanly curves that would make most women jealous. I'm happy that even since she has gained a little bit of weight, she is turning around and making the most out of the situation.

Police Investigate Past Incidents With Rihanna and Chris

Police are investigating allegations that Rihanna may have been injured by her boyfriend Chris Brown in the past. Los Angeles detectives are looking into an alleged history of violence between the pair following the pre-Grammy night.

One incident they are investigating is when she wore an eye patch. Rihanna said that she suffered a scratched cornea and had to wear the patch, which she incorporated into her stage costume when she performed at the 2008 American Music Awards. Police are hesitant to believe that story.

A police has said: "We’re investigating if her eye injury could have been caused by Brown.There could be an innocent explanation - but police believe Rihanna has previously refused to make complaints against Brown."

She is now being asked about her past injuries and is beginning to open up about incidents in their relationship. Another police source told the paper: "We’re talking to her friends and management, who say she’s appeared with mysterious marks or injuries before, but always refused to explain what happened." Reports also claim Rihanna was spotted with a bruise on her neck in December – but the singer did not explain how she got it.

Brown had flown to Las Vegas after being released from jail and appears to have changed his status to "single'" on his private Facebook page, suggesting the pair have officially split.

He also wrote the following update, which appears to imply the allegedly battered Rihanna isn't entirely innocent: 'You'll begin to see her true colors. Believe it!'

Other stars/friends of the two have been speaking out as well. Rihanna's mentor Jay-Z is said to be furious. A source said that Jay 'hit the roof' when he heard about it.

On chat show Last Call With Carson Daly, rapper T.I. revealed he had spoken to Brown. He said: "I spoke to him today. He's cool, you know. He's a little concerned about the situation, but he's still the same Chris. I told him, "This too shall pass."'

Rihanna's former tour mate, Kanye West told E! News: "I don't want to speak more into the specifics with that situation, but all I'll say is it's just so devastating. I feel like, just as a person, I don’t care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald's, that should never happen. It should never come to that place."

I just can't believe Chris Brown wrote on his site about waiting to see her true colors. Who cares-even if she is the craziest girl in the whole world, you still never touch her. At least now it seems Rihanna is cooperating, since they had feared that she would back out, as most victims of domestic type violence do.

Salma Hayek Helps A NewBorn Baby

While Salma Hayek was on a charity mission to war devastated Sierra Leone, she was confronted with a very hungry new born. Much to the astonishment of the camera crew accompanying her on the trip, the star took the seven-day-old boy to her own breast and fed him.

"The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother didn't have milk," she said. "He was very hungry. I was weaning my daughter Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk that I was pumping, so I breastfed the baby."

The resulting footage has sparked widespread controversy because it's so unexpected to see a glamorous, pampered movie star scoop up a tiny, disadvantaged bundle and nurse the child as if he were her own.

As far as Salma, her actions boiled down to the very basics of survival. She had milk to give the baby and the child's mother did not.

"The women had no idea who Salma was and her offer was made in a deeply emotional context. The day before, we had witnessed a baby die in hospital and we were surrounded by women who were struggling to feed their children and keep them healthy, so she just quietly sat there and nursed the baby."

"What she did was a beautiful thing. A moment of maternal instinct that has captivated the world."

But her actions have also reignited the fierce and emotive debate about wet nursing, a practice which does not sit comfortably with modern motherhood at all. In the world today 'shared feeding', as it's known, is widely considered inappropriate at best and dangerous at worst, due to the risk of passing on HIV or Hepatitis C.

I think that what Salma did is what makes her a "real" person. She didn't care that she was some big time actress, she saw a starving child and did what she could to help it. If only everyone in the world was as thoughtful and caring as her..

Lego Goes Hi-Tech!!!

Images of the world's first Lego mobile phone have been leaked on the internet. Lego has been trying to enter the digital age and is planning to release a range of themed gadgets including a camera, MP3 player and walkie-talkies, as well as the cell phone.

The brightly colored Alcatel phone has been styled to look like as if built of red, blue and yellow Lego bricks. It has interchangeable pieces so you can keep changing the colors of your cell phone.

Any decision to use Lego to promote mobile phones to children would be highly controversial, given concerns about the impact of the technology on developing brains. But Lego is hoping to tap into the trend for hi-tech toys among children.

The company has formed a partnership with Las Vegas firm Digital Blue to manufacture a range of Lego-based electrical goods which are a world away from its traditional toy bricks. The fully functioning range of gadgets also includes alarm clocks and a so-called 'boom box' - an all-in-one CD and radio player. Digital Blue boss Tim Hall said: 'The line features fully functional digital cameras, MP3 players, walkie-talkies and USB drives that appear to be built from classic Lego bricks. "We're extremely proud to team up with Lego, a highly regarded brand among generations of parents and kids throughout the world."

The new products are aimed for children aged between 7 and 11. The full range is set to hit British stores this summer and items will cost between £14 and £40. Exact specifications have yet to be released.

Jill Wilfert, vice-president of licensing for Lego Group, claimed the new initiative to embrace gadgets would inspire young children. "Our entrance into the youth electronics space will enable our fans to express themselves through photos, videos and music, while displaying their enthusiasm for one of the world's all-time favorite toys", she said.

"It will help bring the Lego brand to life in an all-new way for its fans."

Rihanna Moving On After The Fight...

More information along with this picture has been released about Rihanna and Chris Brown's fight. E! has said Rihanna has told detectives that Chris choked her and then threatened to kill her during the incident.

Some unnamed police sources have offered up new details about why this all happened. Apparently while driving Rihanna home from Clive Davis's party, Chris received a text message-A very sexually explicit message. “He got a booty call. He got a text. Rihanna saw it and she got upset. They started to argue,” says the source. People magazine is reporting that Rihanna has the code to access Brown’s texts and has been checking them obsessively for messages from other women. So my original posting was correct in the speculation that it was Rihanna's jealousy that started the whole thing.

So she freaks out about the text and slaps him. Chris then reportedly pulls over his rented Lamborghini and Rihanna somehow managed to grab the keys and toss them out of the window. That’s when Brown lost it.

One source said, “She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her. She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.” “He reportedly exited the car and tried in vain to find the keys, then grabbed Rihanna’s neck and began choking her, saying, ‘I’m going to kill you!’”

Rihanna had also told police that she lost consciousness and when she awoke, Chris was gone. The responding officers were so concerned about her injuries, they drove Rihanna to the hospital in their squad car instead of waiting for an ambulance.

“Chris has been trying to contact her. So far she hasn’t taken his call,” says a source.

Rihanna has since canceled a second show overseas. At the most recent show, the tour promoter announced, “an assault case involving Rihanna’s boyfriend.” Earlier this week, Rihanna’s grandmother told Barbados’ Daily Nation newspaper, “I don’t want people to worry. Rihanna is fine and she is doing well.” Her grandmother also denied claims that Rihanna has a broken nose.

So far Chris Brown hasn't said anything publicly about the incident. All we know about whats going on with him is that Wrigley's has suspended its ads that feature Chris. The people at "Got Milk" have canceled his ads saying, “We are taking the allegations against Chris Brown very seriously, We are very proud and protective of the image of the Milk Mustache campaign and the responsible message it sends to teens. Mr. Brown’s ad … is scheduled to end this week.” In my city(Philly) on the radio stations they have been having fans call in, asking them whether or not they should continue to play his music. Most of them have said to keep playing it until an outcome is reached-Following the age old "Innocent until proven guilty" motto. We will find out March 5th-when Chris is due back in court.

Meet The Jerk-Part 2

In part 1, I didn't mention what Stephens wife's job was. She is a weight loss consultant. Apparently after all his attacks on overweight people, her job is taking a hit as well. She issued an apology on her blog, then deleted it and posted a new one. In it she said that her husband needed to get "professional help". Now if you go the site the whole site is gone-It's very strange. Her apologies can be found here . There at the bottom of that page-they were just too long for me to post both of them on here. I know I didn't really discuss his wife at all but surprisingly she wasn't bad-I have no idea how she is married to him because they seem so different. The only "odd" thing that she did say was basically that she wasn't happy being an American- She was just born here, it wasn't her choice.

Since the show aired so many other things have happened. Internet message-boards went even crazier than usual, posting Fowler's home address, which in turn prompted him to threaten to sue the website where it had appeared. Someone launched a stephen fowler sucks website, which I highly recommend you check out. San Francisco's Craigslist Rants and Raves section has a whole thread dedicated to how much they hate him-you can check it out here.

He was also part of Fulcrum Funds, Pacific Environment and Forest Ethics groups which some of the public found out about and took to writing to these companies about how outraged they were for having him as an employee/board member. Since then Stephens name has been removed from the website. It's unclear whether he has gotten fired, resigned or this is simply a temporary measure until most people have forgotten about this. He had to remove his facebook profile, his linkedin profile and his current business endeavor (terranova, the website). His wife lost out to promote herself and her weight loss business on TV, wasn't that the purpose of going on TV in the first place? She had to explain to all her weight loss clients why her husband makes fun of overweight people on a national TV show. His wife's business activities gets lots of, well, not so positive reviews on many review type websites. Her podcasts on i-tunes are experiencing the same fate. For going on the show they get $50,000..I'm not sure if having you and your wife's career thrown away, your friends and neighbors hating you, lots of people who don't know you also hate you is really worth it. At least to me it isn't. Then again this guy is all about the money so who knows.

Anyway the reason I even mentioned this guy in the first place was because I didn't realize such narrow minded, arrogant people still existed. He made me so angry, I wish I was there and could of given him a piece of my mind and my fist. Since I couldn't be, this is the next best thing-continuing to spread his name out there and what a horrible, awful person he is. Did anyone watch this episode? Or hear about it in the news? Meet Stephen Fowler aka The World's Biggest Jerk-Part 1

Normally I don't write too much about reality t.v. shows, but this one I just couldn't resist. On a recent episode of "Wife Swap" we were introduced to a British man, living in the U.S. named Stephen Fowler, his wife Renee and their 2 kids. The family they swapped with Gayla and Alan Long and their 4 sons. I'm going to focus on Stephen Fowler, if you haven't heard about him yet- after reading this, you'll know you wish you never meet anyone like him in your life. He was such an awful, rude, ignorant and downright mean person that the internet has been in a fury over him since.

Stephen and Renee live in California while Gayla and Alan are from a town of 55 in Missouri. Seems like a typical Wife Swap so far, the small town mid-westerns love paintballing, riding quads, eating and America. Stephen and Renee love organic food, exercising and spending $40,000 for their children to go to private schools. Normally the 2 very different families end up coming together and learning vital family lessons from each other. Not this time.

I'm going to just discuss Gayla's time spent in California with Stephen. I know my words really aren't going to do justice to how horribly Gayla was treated while "living" at Stephens house, so I'm going to post some of the awful things he said.

While having a discussion with Gayla about his son ever telling him he wanted to move to Missouri and why he wouldn't let him: “People in the middle of the country frankly (laughs) are just like you. It’s amazing - uneducated, simple and without a clue about what’s going on in the world. You’re undereducated; over opinionated and you’re overweight. It’s not a good combination Gayla."

“Yeah, [tomorrow is] rule change. That means starting tomorrow we have the pleasure of pretending we live in some Podunk town in Missouri. That will be interesting, won’t it?” I think he called her town Podunk at least 5 times.

Gayla says, “You keep degrading me in front of your kids.” Stephen laughs and says, “That’s easy.” Gayla says, “You think you’re so much better than me”? Stephen says, “I probably earn more in one week than you do in a year.” Once again him being horrible and trying to show the world how much better he is than her, yet just makes himself look like an ass.

Gayla is reading at the rule change ceremony and Stephen says: “You read that so well. Congratulations. I didn’t know that you could read.” “Agenda? That’s a big word for you. Clearly your two languages appear to be bad English, and redneck.”

“Look you dumb redneck, I’ve already told you once.” One of his common responses to her if she asked him a question more than once because he would ignore her and she was forced to keep asking to get an answer out of him.

Stephen Fowler says: I’ve said that you’re underachieving, under educated, over opinionated and overweight.” “Have a nice life. Don’t send any kids after me with a shotgun. Alan asks what Stephen means by his comment and Stephen says, “That’s just a final insult.”

Another Daddy Cuts Off The Trust Fund..

You probably don't know who Courtenay Semel is and if your like me you probably don't care about her either. But I do love hearing about the rich who have had their trust funds cut off!!

So who is she? Well she is no one. I'm not trying to just be mean, she seriously is a nobody, but like other rich girls, thinks she is a somebody. Her daddy used to be the CEO of Yahoo until 2007 and that's what made her "famous". She also dated Lindsay Lohan(which was Lindsay's first girlfriend), was seen making out with Tila Tequila(another MTV made "famous" person), and dated Casey Johnson(who's hair she set on fire but denies ever doing).

Anyway Daddy Terry Semel has frozen Courtenay's trust fund. She cried to the New York Post about how he won't answer her phone calls and told them "I don't want to be known for all this craziness in my life". Well here's an idea Courtenay-Stop doing stupid shit!!

Apparently the reason he froze "her" money was her most recent public outburst in Vegas when a security guard wouldn't allow her into the VIP section because he had no idea who she was. She told the Caesar's Palace guard "just fucking Google me, you dumb fuck."

Now poor Courtenay's on her own and is working on her reality show. Why does she get/need a reality show? Your guess is as good as mine. I have no idea what she does that is just so interesting that she needs a show, but I'm thinking that without daddy's money the show will probably suck even more. How are we supposed to watch her go shopping, hang out at the spa, party and whatever else she does without his money. Oh yeah and she is 29- Guess she figured that since she is getting older she should make her own money and what better way than to have cameras follow her around!

Chris Brown Arrested!!!

At about 3:30 Pacific time, just as the crowd was filing into the Staples Center for The Grammy Awards, Los Angeles police released a report saying Chris Brown was under investigation for an incident that occured the night before where he allegedly assaulted a woman.

The report said he and a woman were driving in the ritzy neighborhood of Hancock Park when they began to argue around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Brown then stopped the car and both got of them got out, then the argument escalated. The woman, who had visible injuries when police arrived, identified Brown as her attacker. But according to the report, Chris Brown had already left the scene before the authorities could question him.

Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna were both scheduled to perform in different slots of the show, but separately dropped out at the last minute. She was supposed to sing "Live Your Life/Disturbia" as the second performance of the night, he was to sing "Forever." Luckily the Recording Academy found replacements for their performance slots with Justin Timberlake, Al Green, Boyz II Men and Keith Urban singing Green's classic hit, "Let's Stay Together." No mention was made on the broadcast about the switch, but fans who were waiting to see the both of them noticed their absence.

Jail records show that Brown turned himself in to authorities around 7 p.m. and was briefly held and interviewed by detectives before posting $50,000 bail around 9 p.m. Police booked him on suspicion of making a criminal threat, which is a felony. Police did not explain how their initial report of an injury assault related to the charge, but it will ultimately be up to the district attorney's office to decide what charges, if any, should be brought against Brown.

UPDATE: Insiders have identified the victim as his girlfriend Rihanna. Sources say Brown and Rihanna were seen Saturday night at a pre-Grammy party hosted by music mogul Clive Davis in Beverly Hills. The two posed for pictures and were spotted kissing before they hopped into a waiting silver Lamborghini. But friends of the couple say the kissing was all part of the "happy couple" act and that they had been arguing because Rihanna accused him of checking out other women at Clive Davis' party.

A security guard at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles told the Daily News Sunday night that he saw Rihanna being taken for treatment at the hospital. Later the guard, Rodderick Brown said, "She's been released".

"It seems she's taking the steps you'd need to take if you were going to press charges," says a close source. "But she could wake up tomorrow morning and decide she still loves him." The friend also added that there have been a lot of fights recently because "Rihanna is a clingy girlfriend who can't bear to have Chris out of her sights".

Rumors have been going around that Victoria Beckham is unhappy that she may be moving out of California in support of her husband. David’s desire to quit LA Galaxy and play permanently with Milan once his loan deal ends, which he said publicly for the first time last week, has already caused tension between the couple.

While David's football future is undecided, Victoria is wasting no time getting on with her own career starting with Fashion Week. She will be traveling alone to the New York event which starts on Friday. She will be there to launch her new collection and attend the parties, including Armani. She wanted David to come because her fashion line is very important to her, but he can’t because he’s playing in Milan. And there have been more fights because the couple won’t be spending Valentine’s Day together. A spokesman for the Beckhams said: "David never attends fashion events with Victoria. She is working, not playing, and David will be in training".

The couple are also said to be arguing over David’s plan to fly his mother Sandra and sister Joanne out to Milan to celebrate Joanne’s 27th birthday. Despite spending Christmas together, there are still tensions between Victoria and David’s family. "David will be flying them out on February 22 so they can watch Milan’s home game against Cagliari, He plans to lavish Jo with gifts and take her shopping in Milan, but it’s caused issues with Victoria. She makes an effort to get on with them, but they don’t gel that well", says a family friend.

If David does end up quitting the LA team and joins Milan obviously the couple will be moving, which will defiantly cause more fighting. "Victoria wants to stay in America, she feels out of place in Milan and gets frustrated by not being able to understand what they are saying", says a close friend. Maybe it's time Posh took some Italian lessons since it, seems they will be moving to Milan if David gets his wishes.

Subway Decides To Stick With Michael

After the above photo was published of Michael Phelps taking a bong hit at a college party, Kellogg's decided not to renew his contract. Subway on the other hand will keep his endorsement deal.

"Like most Americans, and like Michael Phelps himself, we were disappointed in his behavior," the company said. "Also like most Americans, we accept his apology. Moving forward, he remains in our plans."

The swimmer has also been suspended from competition for three months by USA Swimming. However, many of his sponsors, including Visa, Speedo, Omega and Human Performance Labs, have stood by Michael.

"By no means has this been easy," Michael told a cameraman on Thursday. "Bad judgment... and something I'll learn from."

Yes this is the second time he has said this, but maybe this one will cost him a little bit more and he really will learn to do stuff like this in private. I don't care what anybody does, I just think he has been dumb for being at a party and allowing himself to get photographed doing that. Paris Hilton Gets Stood Up... By A Prince!!!

Prince Harry recently split from his girlfriend of five years, Chelsy Davy and has been back on the singles market. But apparently it's been so long for him that they are saying he has forgotten how to date.

Harry had planned to meet Paris Hilton last week(Who knows why, but he wanted to). But he canceled at the last minute, leaving Paris without a date for the night.

Paris has been in touch with Harry since they met in London last year and had even had an invite back to Clarence House. Well this time she was in town promoting her new reality TV show and had told her friends she planned to meet Harry on Friday at midnight. She received a call from his bodyguard hours before their rendezvous to say that the Prince was not coming to London.

"Paris had spoken directly with Harry to arrange their meeting, and was pretty annoyed that Harry blew her off but they may well meet on her next trip to London," says a source.

Who does Harry think he is, you don't blow off Paris Hilton-She is a heiress.ha.

This story really made me laugh for a couple reasons. First off, Paris has another new reality show coming out? Her first one was pretty awful-In case you forgot it was Paris Hilton's BFF, where she searched for her new best friend, and since that show ended I think she was photographed with the "best friend" like 3 times max. So I really can't wait to see what crap this new show will be. Secondly, why would Prince Harry want to hang out with her? I'm sure the Queen would definitely not approve of that-She didn't even approve of Prince William's girlfriend Kate who is the 100% complete opposite of Paris. Who knows, but we'll see what photos come out when they do eventually hang out, if he doesn't blow her off again lol.

Usher Cancel's Performance

Usher has canceled his performance at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party due to a family emergency. His wife, Tameka, is in Brazil and has experienced complications from plastic surgery. A neurosurgeon is also on the way to South America.

A rep for Usher had no comment at this time. Josh Groban will fill in for the R&B star at Davis' annual event.

The NYC madam Kristin Davis that was busted in March 2008 for running New York City's largest and most expensive prostitution ring was on 20/20 tonight. She shared with them her client list and also discussed her business. Her company was "called" Davis Investments. She used 4 different websites, each one used a different price range to sell the girls to every type of man. The pictures of the girls were all the same on each website, but had different names and of course provided different "services" on each site. The number the men called routed them to Uruguay then eventually to the madam to keep her number from being known-helping her "stay off the radar".

The part that is crazy is how the men paid for these $2,000/hr girls-They charged them on their corporate credit cards and handed in the invoices to their accountants! Of course you can't just hand in a bill from a hooker so she billed it as computer consulting, construction expenses, one CEO had his invoice state it was for roof repair on a warehouse. She had to bill them as that so they could "get it by their accountants".

She ended up spending 3 months in jail, had to give up her $500,00 in profits, but got to keep her client lists. So now she is getting back at the men, who spent no time in jail and she is exposing them. She had to find out someway to get back the money she lost so surprise, surprise she is also coming out with a book.

It's just so nice that so many people are unemployed and struggling with recession, while these guys are out spending upwards of $20,000 with not even their own money.Ugh

Cash4Gold Exposed!!!

I know this isn't celebrity news, but I feel that this was a very important story. At a time when most people in our country don't have a job, getting layed off from their jobs, or just plain don't have any money-People resort to doing other things to make money such as selling their old jewelry. If your like me and my friend Crotchety Old Man you are sick of the incessant televised advertisements for a company called Cash4Gold. If you haven't heard about them, they are a company that supposedly pays out the highest amount of money for your unwanted, broken, old jewelry. They claim they can pay top dollar because they own the refinery to break down the metals therefor eliminating the middle man(pawn shops). I thought while watching these ads that they were probably scamming everyone I just didn't know how. Well now I know how my friends and you do too.

The folks at Cockeyed.com put Cash4Gold to the test, they figured if Cash4Gold had enough money to advertise all the time on TV and they had a spot in the SuperBowl , someone's getting the short end of the stick. So they rounded up a bunch of old rings, necklaces, and earrings, and took them to a regular pawn shop to be appraised. The offer: $198 for the lot. They then sent the items to Cash4Gold and waited for a check in the mail. It arrived within a few days as promised... in the amount of $60. (You don't have to accept the check; the deal isn't done until you cash it.)

That price alone is practically criminal, but that's where the truly slimy part of the operation begins. First, if you call Cash4Gold and ask for your stuff back, you abruptly get a better offer: In the case of the above experiment, the offer was a whopping $178. That's a better deal, but still not market rate, though the caller was told that Cash4Gold could "manipulate the numbers on their end" to make it appear that more product was sent than was in reality. Bizarre, but it's really the only way Cash4Gold can cover its behind to convince you the original offer wasn't a wholesale ripoff.

As bad as that is, it's far worse if you opted for the company's "Fast Cash" option. Here, that original offer ($60) is wired into your bank account within 24 hours of them receiving your jewelry. It sure is fast, but it's not much cash -- and you don't have the option of declining the offer at all. You're stuck with being ripped off. (It's also worth noting that Cash4Gold has offered Cockeyed cash 4 removing its expose from the web...)

As a side note, another website offers an in-depth expose on how the system works here, this time analyzed from the inside by a former employee. Here it's outlined how the company offers bonuses to phone operators who can convince you to accept a lower offer and how the company attempts to delay payments as long as possible. It's also worth a look if you're considering sending stuff to Cash4Gold anyway and haggling for a better deal.

I always knew this company was a scam, but reading the article from the ex-employee and the original story really opened my eyes to how horrible of a company they are. Please don't send them your jewels, and please send this to other people you know so more people don't get scammed.

Gwen Stefani's Hoodies Recalled

Several hooded sweatshirts from Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers children's clothing line have been recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The commission charges that "the jackets have a drawstring through the hood which can pose a strangulation hazard to children," although no such incidents have been reported.

The voluntary recall suggests purchasers of the RSL Hoodie and Lovers Leopard styles trim off the ties or return them for a full, $75 refund. The jackets were sold in Macy's, Nordstrom's and other retailers from August 2008 to January 2009.

I'm sure Gwen is upset about this find by the CPSC, but I'm sure she's very thankful no one has gotten hurt from it.

Jessica Simpson's Mini Breakdown!!

These last couple of weeks have been pretty bad for Jessica Simpson. While performing at a chili cook-off last week she was photographed apparently looking heavier than "normal" . While I don't think she wore the most flattering outfit, I still believe she has a gorgeous, REAL body with real curves-Not the typical Hollywood stick figure. Page 6 went crazy with the pictures and drew horrible cartoons of her and she's been really upset about it. She has always been someone who has flip-flopped with her weight, but I don't know if this was the reason for her recent breakdown.

During her opening set for Rascal Flatts in Grand Rapids, Michigan right after the opening song, she started talking about how much she missed Tony Romo saying, "I'm so excited, I get to see my boyfriend tomorrow,". Tony came up again later when she dedicated "You're My Sunday" to him, telling everyone, "I love him so, so much!"

Then Jessica lost her place in several songs including "Pray Out Loud," which the band had to start over after several measures. And then "Come On Over," where she mouthed "sorry" to the monitors.

She explained tearfully, "My voice is weak tonight and I feel so vulnerable onstage." And just before she closed the 38-minute set, she mentioned how sometimes, like this particular disastrous night, she wished she could just walk off the stage. She then thanked her band for not going all Christian Bale on her and appeared to wipe tears away as she exited the stage.

One of the local paper's writers blames the episode on Tony not showing up, but who knows. The fans that attended the show and cheered her on with words of support have a slightly more astute take on the whole thing. "I felt bad for her tonight," one told the paper. "Magazines are ripping her, being so harsh, and she's gorgeous." That sounds like more of a reason to me, she seems really stressed out. I hope nothing but the best for her-I like Jessica!

In Tough Economic Times At Least Superbowl Commercials Will Still Be Seen!!

Even if lots of us won't be able to afford throwing that huge Superbowl party this year or can't afford to have television to watch it or pay our electric bills-The companies will still pay millions for their commercials to be seen for products we can't afford to buy.

That’s not to say some advertisers aren’t nervous about buying expensive ad slots as business falters. Some such as General Motors Corp., FedEx Corp. and Garmin Ltd. won’t be advertising. Playboy Enterprises Inc. isn’t throwing its customary party at the game, for the first time in nine years.

But aggressive marketing by NBC to secure ad deals before last September’s financial meltdown helped to ensure Super Bowl XLIII won’t be a marketing bust. NBC said 90 percent of the Super Bowl ads had sold as of mid-January. Most ads have sold for about $3 million per 30-second spot—an all-time high price for the Super Bowl, which is the most watched event in the nation, with about 100 million U.S. viewers.

While some high-profile advertisers have pulled the plug, many are staying put and some, such as Mars Inc.’s Pedigree pet food, will appear in the Super Bowl for the first time.

But the tone of some ads this year will reflect tough times. As Tim Calkins, marketing professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management puts it: A good ad connects with its audience. And that audience is stressed about finances.

Take for example Hyundai Motors America.

Automotive ads during the Super Bowl tend to focus on vehicle launches, and Hyundai was planning to run two 30-second spots for its Genesis Coupe—one with renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma playing a Bach piece that viewers can re-edit online.

But now, they might exchange one of the ads for a spot featuring a new incentive program that forgives auto loans for car buyers who lose their income within a year of the purchase.

“We know consumers are concerned about their future earnings,” said Joel Ewanick, vice president of marketing at Hyundai Motor Co.’s Fountain Valley, Calif.-based American division. “That’s keeping a whole bunch of people on the sidelines from buying a new car.”

Longtime Super Bowl patron Anheuser-Busch is taking a different approach. The Budweiser brewer said it wants its ads to uplift and entertain viewers instead of reminding them about the economy.

The company is still spending heavily on the Super Bowl, even after announcing 1,400 job cuts in December that were tied to its acquisition by InBev SA. Anheuser-Busch will be airing 4 1/2 minutes worth of ads—30 seconds more than what it purchased last year—broken up into two 60-second ads and five half-minute spots.

Audi of America is staying put and buying a 60-second spot. The Germany automaker Audi AG wants to raise its profile as a luxury brand for younger, affluent consumers.
“We need to make the Audi brand far more popular and far more known,” said Chief Marketing Officer Scott Keogh. “That’s why we do the Super Bowl and the Olympics.”
Last year, traffic to Audi’s Web site tripled in the month leading up to the Super Bowl—as details about the ads were teased—and the month immediately after.
In the face of dismal automotive news, Audi said it’s important to communicate strength and optimism. Or as Keogh put it, “This is a brand that’s spending money.”

The Go Daddy Group Inc., which registers Internet domain names, is unapologetic about splurging on the Super Bowl. This is the same company that unabashedly threw a $2 million holiday party last month—flying in thousands of employees and guests to Arizona—as other firms cut back. CEO Bob Parsons rode a motorcycle into a concert that featured Joan Jett and Sinbad at Phoenix’s Chase Field.

GoDaddy is elated that NBC has approved two somewhat racy ads for the Super Bowl, one of which will air after a consumer vote. Censors disapproved its ad for last year’s Super Bowl, so GoDaddy aired a spot telling viewers to go to its Web site to watch the commercial. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based GoDaddy got 1.5 million Web hits before the game ended. “Our ads are fun, edgy and slightly inappropriate,” said spokeswoman Elizabeth Driscoll.

Johnny Knoxville Detained At LAX!!

Star of MTV's Jackass, Johnny Knoxville was detained today for allegedly bringing an inert grenade into Los Angeles International Airport. After security screeners spotted the grenade in the star's carry-on luggage, a bomb squad determined it lacked a firing pin or explosive. Police say Knoxville was later released and allowed to board an American Airlines flight to Miami.

Prosecutors will decide whether to charge the 38-year-old with bringing a prohibited item into a secure area of the airport, a misdemeanor. An e-mail to Knoxville's publicist was not immediately returned.

Knoxville, whose real name is Philip John Clapp, told officers the grenade was a prop he forgot to remove from his bag, Airport spokeswoman Nancy Castles said.

Paris Hilton's house was robbed around 5am Friday morning at her gated community in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles.

They say a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves forced open the front door and ransacked Hilton's bedroom, according to testimony from a security guard at the residence.

Hilton was not home at the time of the burglary. Instead she was partying all night at Bar Deluxe in Hollywood

The Los Angeles Times reports that $2 million worth of jewelry and other belongings were stolen.

The investigation at Hilton's house is ongoing. The house is equipped with security video equipment, and those recordings are being reviewed.

Poor Britney!! She is doing so incredibly well these days and then horrible news came. Today while shopping in N.Y.C she was surrounded by mobs of fans, it became so overwhelming that she returned to her car and left. Then she announces her first international tour since 2004 for her new album Circus. It is exactly where she wants to be right now, especially after the amazing turnout from the MTV VMA's. So what changed all this??

Well her ex, the scumbag, Adnan Ghalib has revealed that he is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the two of them. He told Heat magazine that he is willing to sell the alleged footage for "the right price." "There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further" Ghalib said.

He says the tape was shot in Mexico and features Britney wearing nothing but a pink wig. Rumors of a tape have been the talk since their break-up.(They started dating during her meltdown and broke up when she was rushed to the hospital) Last month it was rumored that they had gotten back together because she feared the release of this alleged tape.

I really hope that they can somehow stop him before damage is done. She is working so hard on getting her life back and it seems it's all been coming together the last couple of months. She is back to her old body, making hit songs, and getting ready for a tour. He is basically black-mailing her, he probably wants more money from her or something. What a sick man!! Even though I'm not a huge fan, I'm still rooting for her. I never like to see anyone regardless if I know them or not go through what she has been through. Victoria and David Beckham arrived at Macy's in NYC last night to promote their new perfume. No one really cared much for the perfume as they did her boots. They were incredible 51/2 inch Berardi boots with no heels.

Everyone expected to just get pictures of her new pixie haircut but as usual Posh surprised everyone.

English-Italian Berardi is an old friend of the Beckhams, the designer started the heel-less shoe revolution in the summer with a $3,500 sandal bought by Beckham, Uma Thurman and Gwyneth Paltrow. But he believes the radical designs do not mean new levels of pain for fashion-following women.

‘They are perfectly balanced,’ he said. ‘When the girls come for fittings, they look a bit daunted, but by the end they say it’s just like wearing a regular shoe.

‘They are graceful and there is a ballerina nature about them. Having a heel is really just psychological.’

They may be the height of fashion, but Posh Spice's heel-less boots have received a low rating in terms of safety.

A spokesman for the British Chiropody and Podiatry Association said: "I certainly would not recommend these shoes. The heel is there to stabilise. When you elevate the rear of the foot it makes you lean forward, which is bad for both the back and the foot." And a spokesman for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy said: "Anyone wearing them would have to completely adjust their gait pattern, missing out on nearly two-thirds of the natural gait cycle. Actress Heather Locklear has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in California.

Locklear was pulled over in the city of Santa Barbara by a California Highway Patrol officer. The arrest came after a resident reported seeing the 47-year-old leaving a car park and 'driving erratically' on Saturday afternoon, according to patrol spokesman Tom Marshall. The officer noticed Locklear's car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane in Montecito, a wealthy community about 90 miles northwest of Los Angeles. She was believed to be alone in the car, Marshall said.

"In talking with her, (the officer) determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," Marshall said.

Locklear was taken to the police station, where she was tested for alcohol and drugs.
She was booked at 7pm on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. She was later released from custody. Calls to Locklear's publicists were not immediately returned.

Locklear checked into a medical clinic in June to seek treatment for anxiety and depression. Last year, she got a divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora after 11 years of marriage. They have a daughter, Ava Elizabeth.

Everyone is taking this story way out of context saying illegal drugs and stuff. I'm sure it's not the case, it probably was her depression and/or anxiety medicine so while it wasn't illegal to take them she should not have been driving. In her mug shot picture she clearly looks like she has been crying, I feel bad for her. But at the same time she has enough money where if she needed to go somewhere that bad she could of paid someone to drive her there.

Scarlett Johansson has married actor Ryan Reynolds in a quiet wedding ceremony in Canada. They got married on Saturday at a remote resort outside Vancouver, British Columbia, her rep confirmed.

Wedding guests included the 23-year-old bride's mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson. Scarlett and Ryan began dating in the spring of last year shortly after Reynolds split from then fiancee, Alanis Morissette.

They announced their engagement on May 5, the day the actress flashed a three-carat diamond ring estimated to be worth about £16,500 at the Met Costume Gala Ball in New York.

They informed their friends of the engagement by sending them text messages.

Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin evidently had a good laugh at being parodied in the Saturday Night Live opening skit this weekend.

"She thought it was quite funny, particularly because she once dressed up as Tina Fey for Halloween," her spokesperson Tracey Schmitt said.

In the skit, Fey appeared with Amy Poehler as Hillary Clinton and the two talked about sexism in the media and their own ideas about politics. "I don't agree with the Bush doctrine," Poehler said at one point.

"I don't know what that is," Fey added, laughing.

The governor and her traveling press corps watched the show from the campaign plane. All this week it has been the talk everywhere. It was the most watched SNL episode since 2002 when Al Gore hosted. When everyone heard that 90210 was coming back to television it caused quite an excitement. Then when one of our favorite characters Brenda was going to be part of the show as well it made us get even more excited for the show. Well now its time to be disappointed!! Shannen Doherty, Brenda Walsh's alter ego has announced that her comeback will be more short-lived than expected, revealing that she is unlikely to appear in the new 90210 beyond the first four episodes.

And not because she wasn't wanted.

"Shannen was signed to do four episodes, and we've always made it clear we'd love for her to do more," a source close to the production said. "There's a possibility for her to come back."

"They asked me to do a lot more," Doherty said, adding that it was scheduling conflicts with another project that prevented her from continuing on.

"I'm in the middle of pitching a show, [so] I couldn't commit to more than [I did]."
Shannen had left the original 90210 many years ago after stories of fighting off-screen with Jennie Garth. They had reportedly patched things up for the new show, but maybe that was all lies. Shannen's departure was announced right after Jennie agreed to star in five more episodes of 90210, bringing Kelly Taylor's total to 11—should the first season show survive that long, which, ratings-wise, it looks like it will.

Last week's two-hour series premiere averaged nearly 5 million viewers, becoming the CW's highest-rated scripted show ever. The show's second outing this week fell slightly to an average of just 3.3 million viewers, but maintained its stronghold on the coveted 18- to 34-year-old fairer-sex demographic.

I'm sure it will die down even more in the weeks to come, that first week everyone who had watched the show back in the day and lived for the nights it was on tuned in. It wasn't really all that I had hoped for or what I remembered loving about the show. Then again you can't recreate that feeling that was there so many years ago without those original cast mates and especially now with so many other popular shows out there geared towards people in that age range. When 90210 first came around, it was pretty much the only show of its kind which made it the huge success that it was. I don't know what the future holds for the new one but the numbers will tell us soon enough if it will last the whole season.

Kanye West Arrested After Fight At The Airport!!

Kanye West is known for his bad temper. He proved to everyone just how bad it can get today when he was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport. The reason; he apparently helped smash a paparazzi guys camera on the floor.

Police arrested him shortly before 8 a.m. He and his manager, Don Crowley, were booked for investigation of felony vandalism, although prosecutors will determine what charges they might face.

He was released from police custody later on in the afternoon. Blair Berk, who was retained as his attorney, said she couldn't comment on the incident. Really?? Who would of guessed that. Ha!

Clips of the video shot by the site TMZ shows Kanye and his manager grabbing the camera from a photographer, who is yelling "Police! Police!" and "Help me!" After they wrestle it away, it appears that the manager smashes the camera to the ground, and Kanye follows by smashing down another piece.

His manager is then seen wrestling with the TMZ videographer who's shooting the footage. The video camera was broken in the scuffle before security intervened, the Web site reported.

The video starts mid-confrontation, and doesn't show how it began or what might have caused it to escalate, but knowing how Kanye is, it could of been just them saying "Kanye! Over here!" or something like that. Then again TMZ is very aggressive in the ways they get there videos, it's the reason they have a TV show. Anyways, check out the video.

Los Angeles International Airport spokesman Marshall Lowe said Kanye and his manager were scheduled to board a flight to Honolulu, Hawaii this morning. They had not yet reached a security screening checkpoint when the altercation began.

The airport is a popular spot for the paparazzi, who frequently get a lot of shots of celebrities entering and leaving LA.

Charles Davis, who solicits charity donations at the airport, said he witnessed the incident, and that Kanye was "attacked" by paparazzi, and the rapper "just defended himself."

"I talk to him all the time," Davis said. "He's a very nice gentleman. Very nice. He gives good donations to help children. He's got a good, kind heart. I've gotten his autograph several times. I just don't see why he was arrested. The man just put the camera too close to his face. I don't blame him."

Davis said he didn't think the camera was destroyed.

"It was just knocked out of the man's hand," he said. Although the video clearly shows otherwise so who knows how reliable this witness is.

The reporter is also seeking money for the damaged camcorder reportedly valued at $10,000.

This video is a witness who supposedly saw the whole thing happen and called in a local radio station that was discussing the events.

Britney Spears Will Be Kicking Off The VMA'S

It has just been revealed that Britney Spears will be kicking off the MTV Video Music Awards.

"MTV has long played an important role in my career. How can I not be there to kick off their 25th VMAs?" Spears says in a statement. "I'm excited to open the entire show, to say hi to my fans and to be nominated."

Spears – who has been nominated 16 times and never won – is up this year for Best Female Video, Best Pop Video and Video of the Year for "Piece of Me."

It's still not known how she'll open the show. A source confirms that the opening segment will not feature a musical performance by Spears. At least we know it won't be a repeat disaster of last year's events, but hopefully it goes well for her. I know I'll be watching to see what happens!!

David Spade Is Dad To A Baby Girl!!

David Spade had announced in January that he had a brief relationship with Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace. The result of that was Jillian becoming pregnant. When David found out he said that if it was proven to be his child he would accept full responsibility.

Well the time has come and a baby girl was born last week in Missouri.

After the birth David's announced, "David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break from shooting Rules of Engagement."

Selena Gomez has a new album coming out. The one song is about a guy who she will not name but gave some good hints as to who it is. In an interview with Twist Magazine she says, "My favorite song that I've written is called 'I'm Sorry', It's about a boy I kind of fell for, but he couldn't let his ex-girlfriend go, and it was really difficult."

Selena says, "I felt like in a way, I wasn't good enough." Yes, competing against huge star Miley Cyrus would be extremely hard.

The lyrics tell the story of encouraging her boyfriend to move forward. "The song is basically me saying that I'm sorry that it didn't work out or that she used to be who she was, But you have to let me in and you have to know that I'll do everything I can to make you happy and be the best I can be."

For the rest of the album she adds, "I want the other stuff to be really fun, But that is probably going to be the most heartfelt one because it was the hardest time for me. That story actually happened to me."

Anyway Lindsay who has been regularly updating her MySpace page to lash out at her father and whatever else she feels necessary to say to the world, recently addressed the controversy surrounding the pregnancy of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's 17-year-old daughter Bristol.

"I am concerned with the fact that Sarah Palin brought the attention to her daughter's pregnancy, rather than all world issues and what she believes she could possibly do to change them – if elected," writes Lohan in a Tuesday posting. "I get Sarah Palin's views against abortion, but i would much prefer to hear more about what she can do for our country rather than how her daughter is going to have a child no matter what."

She also added: "i think that girls that are CHOOSING to be sexually active and are making a conscious decision to grow up faster..... I think that parents need to recognize how important it is to talk to their children about the things that can result from being sexually active if they aren't protecting themselves (birth control, condoms, etc.)"

But politics wasn't the only thing on the post. She also used her blog to proclaim her love for girlfriend Samantha Ronson, listing her current mood as "smitten" and signing off with "ILY"--I love you.

James Gandolfini married his fiancée Deborah Lin yesterday (Saturday) in her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii.

A group of their closest friends and family were the only ones in attendance as the two exchanged their vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by white lilies and rhododendrons adorning every pew held at Central Union Church.

Deborah, a former model, strolled down the aisle in a white gown made of Italian lace while James stood waiting as a harpist played the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" in the background.

James's son Michael, 8, from his first marriage to Marcy Wudarsk (which ended in 2002), served as best man.

Following the elegant 20-minute nuptials, the newlyweds stepped into a white stretch limousine and headed to their evening reception at a nearby resort.

At the reception, James and Deborah sat at an elevated table looking out onto the guests in the filled ballroom. "They both wore long, green leis around their necks," says a source. "There were lots of white flowers on the tables and James was beaming."

The couple made their first public appearance on the red carpet in March 2007 for the New York City premiere of the second half of the final season of The Sopranos and have been engaged since late 2007.

But things turned bad when she spotted a gossip columnist and made a bee-line for her.

A source said: 'Kelly was dancing with a female friend, then saw someone she knew and went and started talking to them. She sat down next to the girl and looked like she was telling her off. I heard her say "you better watch your back, She then slapped her around the face and stormed out of the club. It was particularly funny as she had a black eye".

David Duchovny Gets Help For His Sex Addiction!!

David Duchovny has now entered a rehabilitation center for sex addiction. His lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, issued this statement from David.

"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction, I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Duchovny fended off rumors of sexual addiction throughout the 1990s. "If you're single and in the public eye and you have a few dates, you're a sex addict," he told Cosmopolitan in 1997. Leoni also publicly denied the speculation at the time, telling Elle in 1998, "David was accused of being a sex addict. Which I always found very exciting. And then I found out it wasn't true."

"Twelve years ago, I would have been hard-pressed to understand why I'd want to be involved sexually with one person this long," the X Files and Californication actor told Best Life magazine earlier this year. Before Téa, the longest my intense sexual interest would last would be maybe two years," he said. "But the real rewards of a relationship come after you've been together a while. DMX Pleads Guilty!!!

Rapper DMX has pleaded out a Miami drug case and now awaits extradition to face more charges in Arizona.

The 37-year-old rapper and actor pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted marijuana and cocaine possession and was sentenced to time served. His lawyer Bradford Cohen says DMX is still in custody, waiting for Arizona authorities to pick him up on drug and animal cruelty charges there.

Cohen says DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, decided to plead guilty when he was denied bail earlier this week due to the outstanding Arizona warrant.

Cohen says if he hadn't pleaded guilty, Simmons would have had to sit in jail in Miami until an October trial date.

Britney Spears, who is up for three awards for MTV's Music Video Awards – including top honors – has a huge supporter, Pharrell Williams.

"She's made her mark with her career," Williams said. "She's super-talented. She's an entertainer."

Williams, collaborated with Spears on her hits "I'm a Slave 4 U" and "Boys."

"It was cool, it was fun," said Williams, who is currently working on new music with Common and Fall Out Boy.

Besides video of the year, Spears's nominations include best pop video and best female video. She has never won a MTV Video Music Award, despite 16 nominations in her career.

While Williams is rooting for Spears, her musical success does not hinge on success at the awards show, he says.

"I'm not sure [if she will win]," Williams said. "I don't even know if it really matters whether she wins or not."

Spears's live MTV VMA performance of "Gimme More" last year was a notorious disaster. This year, Spears has appeared in taped VMA commercial segments with host Russell Brand, but is not scheduled to perform.

She competes with the Jonas Brothers, Chris Brown, the Pussycat Dolls and the Ting Tings, for video of the year.

Man Builds Huge Railroad On His Front Lawn!!

Eric Marshall, pictured above has transformed his front garden into a miniature railway.

Fully operational, Mr Marshall's garden train set incorporates two signals, four separate tracks, bridges, a cable car, a windmill and ten water features.

Now he just has to get used to the hundreds of tourists flocking to his front door to see his collection in motion.

"I've always had an interest in railways," Mr Marshall said. "I was born within 50 yards of the main London-North East railway. As a kid I used to go trainspotting."

"A few years ago I went to a railway exhibition and saw the model trains running around and I thought that would look nice in my garden, he said. I started building the railway three years ago and I make everything myself. I started with one track and now I have four. I make all the houses and stations from plywood and the tiles on the top are made from cedar wood. All the tiles are stuck on individually, so everything is more or less weather proof. I use anything I can find around the house, like floor tiles - I never throw anything away".

Mr Marshall's attention to detail is second to none, with railway workers and villagers taking pride of place in his creation. The garden railway has become so popular that tourists now stop off to watch his impressive display.

Mr Marshall, who used to work in the printing industry, accepts donations from visitors and has raised over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support this year alone.

Baby Born With Two Heads Dies!!

The baby I had wrote about yesterday that was born with two heads has unfortunately died. He died because his parents could not afford to pay for his medical care.

The boy, named Kiron, was born on Monday to a 22-year-old mother in the Bangladesh town of Keshobpur.

Doctors said they could raise the money to take him 100 miles to the capital Dhaka, but warned there would be ongoing medical costs.

Kiron's poverty-stricken parents said they could not afford further treatment, and against the advice of doctors took him home to their village near Keshobpur.

There the child, who at first seemed healthy, developed a fever and died.

Privately, doctors said it would have been a miserable life for Kiron had he overcome his initial medical problems.

'Perhaps it was God's will that he passed away,' said one.

'We wanted to refer him to a hospital in Dhaka but the family was so poor that they could not afford to take him there, so they took him home where he died,' paediatrician K S Alam told the AFP news agency.

Officials feared that unless the baby was moved from the clinic in Bangladesh, where he was born, to a more secure hospital, the crowd would force their way in to gaze at the amazing sight.

If that happened, it was feared, mother and baby would be crushed.

In the past, babies born with physical abnormalities have been viewed in countries such as Bangladesh and India as living gods.

Kiron was born in a cesarean operation on Monday, weighing just over 12lb, in Keshobpur, 100 miles from the capital, Dhaka.

Newspaper Samakal said many well-wishers had left money for the baby's family.

A judge in Texas has ordered the father of actress and singer Hilary Duff to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court.

Bob Duff was led away in handcuffs Wednesday during a court hearing after Judge Thomas Stansbury in Houston determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval.

The Houston Chronicle reported in its online edition that Bob Duff must pay into a court repository $367,537 he earned from selling stocks last month.

Bob Duff's attorney Robert Piro said his client would post bond and file an appeal.

Bob and Susan Duff are in the midst of a bitter divorce.

Stansbury determined Bob Duff should pay Susan $12,500 for Hilary's birthday party, which was the subject of the hearing. Her mother wanted $25,000 to pay for a present and party.

Neither Hilary or her sister Haylie were in court.

Police were called to O.J. Simpson's Florida home over the weekend following an altercation between his girlfriend and eldest daughter.

Initial reports suggested that O.J. was injured by his daughter Arnelle Simpson, 39, as he tried to break up the argument on Sunday night.

Arnelle was said to be angry with her father for giving money to his girlfriend Christine Prody , while her mother, Simpson's first wife Marguerite Whitley was struggling to pay her bills.

The National Enquirer alleged Arnelle had pushed Simpson into a glass cupboard during her argument with Christine.

Despite reports Simpson had suffered a cut to the head and a bleeding lip, he was looked intact when he spoke to U.S. TV channel CBS this week.

Simpson said: 'Look at me, I look fine. It must be slow news day.'

He told CBS the fight was strictly between the two women and he wasn't involved.

The police report says officers were called to the home after an incomplete emergency call.

Michael Lohan recently made comments in an E! News report about Sam Ronson(Lindsay's girlfriend) planning to pen a tell-all book.

He said: Sam's "using my daughter. People never even knew who Samantha Ronson was until she met Lindsay. She was just some L.A. DJ."

Lindsay fired back on her blog saying: "He has become a public embarrassment (sic) and a bully- To my family, my co-workers, my friends, and a girl that means the world to me (its obvious who that is)." His motivations are pretty obvious to her. It's all because of "an ADDICTION THAT HE HAS- FAME."

Lindsay was so upset she was even listening to her daddy-issues anthem "Confessions of a Broken Heart," according to her MySpace profile.

Samantha responded as well on her blog, in an entry titled "Shut the F*** Up," she writes that Mikey "is so desperate for attention that he goes to the media whenever possible- i know i am being used, i am just a pawn- easy to sacrifice in order to feed his addiction."

She also clarifies that "it's safe to say that there is not now and never will be a tell all..... written by me..... when does your book come out Mr. lohan?"

However, angry MySpace attacks are just going to inspire more material when reporters call him today to ask for comment. And he'll comment because he can't help himself.

Luke Perry Going Back To 90210??

Everyone, including myself, is really excited for the new 90210 show to start; especially now that a couple of the old characters are coming back, but there was one character who nothing has been said about, Dylan McKay aka Luke Perry.

Well guess what ladies?? Our dreams might be coming true!!!

Supposedly they are in talks with him to bring back his role. This has been drawing lots of attention and not just from his fans, but from his possible future cast mates.

"Oh. My. God. I love Dylan McKay," Shenae Grimes, who plays Annie Wilson on the new 90210, says in Nylon magazine. "If I ever meet Luke Perry I may collapse. I don't know what I'll do."

Same goes for one of her costars, Jessica Stroup...

Michael Phelps On Season Premiere Of SNL!!!

The long running sketch show Saturday Night Live has chosen Olympic golden boy Michael Phelps to host its 34th-season premiere Sept. 13 on NBC.

Aside from all the commercials and inevitable talk-show spots, this will be the first "acting" role for Phelps, whose world-record-smashing, eight-gold-medal-winning performance at this Summer Olympics made him the poster boy of U.S. swimming for generations to come and won him the hearts of millions of admiring fans.

They chose rapper Lil Wayne to be the musical guest. 2008 has been the most successful year of his career.

Meanwhile, the MTV Video Music Awards has also jumped on the Phelps bandwagon by securing an appearance from him at the Sept. 9 award show.

It's going to be strange to see him in regular clothes, although I'm sure there will be at least one scene of him in his speedo and numerous ones about the Olympics. I'm going to have to check it out to see if he can even act, being funny doesn't matter since the show hasn't been in years.

300 Squatters Forced Out Of Homes They Were Taking Over!!!

Police helped force out a large group of squatters who took over a block of flats on a road lined with £1 million houses after a string of complaints about rowdy late night rave parties from furious neighbors.

Upmarket homeowners told how 300 illegal occupants took over a neighboring block of flats - holding all-night rave parties, lighting bonfires and playing loud music.

Residents slammed council officials for failing to secure the homes, which they say have been made into a rubbish tip, strewn with broken furniture and beer bottles, and covered in graffiti - since the freeloaders moved in en masse in March this year.

According to residents police visited the squat on Tuesday night telling them they had to leave and since then they have been packing their things.

Today the squatters have been moving out in a slow trickle and there has been no trouble. Pensioner Barbara Glosby, 70, who lives next to the squat, said: 'I'm so glad they are leaving. 'Week after week I couldn't get any sleep between 7pm and 5.30am. They were diabolical. 'I've called the noise control eight times and I've visited the Town Hall, but after six months nothing was done about this. But thankfully they're going now.'

Although the council has finally acted and evicted the squatters from the block, in Clapham, South London, residents want to know how much it will cost them to clean up the mess left behind. The four blocks, which were being used as temporary accommodation, were due to be returned to a private owner when the lease expired in April.

But the squatters, including around 100 young Polish men, took residence in the 45 flats just before the handover after hearing it was empty by word of mouth. Following the squatters moving in Lambeth Council immediately helped Addington rentals begin court proceedings to remove the illegal tenants eventually securing today as the eviction date.

Lambeth council in London had said it could not return the apartments to the unnamed owners until the premises had been vacated - leaving the council with a rent bill estimated at £40,000 a month. The total cost to taxpayers, including legal fees and repairing any damage, is likely to be close to £500,000.

Dave McAvoy, chairman of the residents association for the Weir Estate next to the squat, said: 'The squatters have blighted residents lives, particularly the people who live closer to the property. 'They've had late night parties and music going on until the early hours. 'Locals have told me they've had so many sleepless nights especially at weekends - they've had to put up with so much noise. 'We are delighted to see this come to an end. The time has come for local residents to enjoy some peace and quiet. 'It has been going on for far too long. Obviously we bear these people no ill feeling but it's the way they have become part of the community but have given other locals no consideration. That's the big problem.'

Dulce Lopes, 31, a mother who lives across the road, said the quiet residential area had been devastated by the squatters.

She said: 'It feels more dangerous here now. It's very dirty and there are a lot of shady people hanging around opposite my house. Some of them look like punks, they are very strange.
'There are cars and people coming and going in the middle of the night. Sometimes we feel scared because we don't know what they're going to do.'
Another neighbour, a father of two young children who did not want to be named, said: 'The noise is absolutely unbelievable and it continues late into the night. They are all drinking and no doubt taking drugs.
'It's a nightmare living next door to all that. I can't wait until they are evicted.' The squatters have defended their right to occupy the flats and said they have offered to pay some rent. One squatter, who did not wish to be named, moved into the flats around four months ago when she was nine months pregnant. She said: 'My partner and child and I have nowhere to live at the minute. I don't want to squat any more because of my child. 'I have lots of sympathy for the locals.
'It's been bad for me too - my baby is very young and I have asked people to stop their music too.'Squatting is a hard life - I have just finished my last year at university, have just given birth and also have been trying to work to get some money.'

Another squatter called Sasha, 25, a full-time performing arts student, said: 'I've been squatting for five years and I've been in this place for a few months. Most of us work together and try and keep the place in good condition - this is our home after all.'I've known for a while we were going to have to move out so we organised a new squat, but unfortunately the council have already stopped us from moving in so I will have to find somewhere else.

'This squat is made up of a huge variety of people - families, people who work as well as students, but we're not scroungers.

'There are people from all around the place - English people, people from other parts of the UK as well as from Italy, Spain, Poland, South Africa, north and south America, Canada, Germany, Mauritius - from everywhere.'

Another squatter Eugene, 32, said: 'I've got a four-month-old baby.'We can't afford £1,000 a month to rent a flat privately. Many of the people here would be happy to pay some money to live here but the council won't even talk to us.'They just want us out as soon as possible, so they can give the place back to the owners. I think they want to redevelop it.

'There's a community of us here, lots of families and children. We just want to live our lives in peace.' A Lambeth Council spokeswoman said: 'We share the concerns of local residents and have done all we can to help the property owners to remove squatters from Limerick Court as quickly as possible.

'Unfortunately, like any crime, squatting is an illegal and antisocial activity that results in a cost to the tax payer and incidents like this raise a general debate on how property owners everywhere can evict squatters swiftly given the current powers available.

'Residents were being moved to new homes following the end of our lease at Limerick Court and we were due to return the premises to its owners but, despite the steps we took to secure the property, it was squatted en masse.

'We worked with the property owners to immediately set legal processes to get a possession order, and eviction has been taking place today.'

Jeremy Clyne, a local opposition councillor, said it was a 'scandal' the authority had wasted so much money on continuing to pay rent after its bungled handover of the estate.

He said: 'To handle this so badly that the council lost control of a whole set of blocks is just not good enough. The council need to put a stop to this now.'

Blogger Being Sued!!!

A blogger suspected of streaming songs from the unreleased Guns N' Roses album "Chinese Democracy" on his Web site was arrested today and appeared in court, where his bail was set at $10,000.

FBI agents arrested 27-year-old Kevin Cogill this morning on suspicion of violating federal copyright laws. Cogill appeared in court in the afternoon wearing a T-shirt; his girlfriend sat court and afterward said, "Rally the troops," but declined further comment.

Federal authorities say Cogill posted nine unreleased Guns N' Roses songs on his Web site in June. The songs were later removed.

After he was released he posted on his blog that the FBI had questioned him and he asked his readers if any of them knew a good attorney. He was represented today in court by a federal public defender.

According to an arrest affidavit, Cogill admitted to agents that he posted the songs on his Web site. Prosecutors said Wednesday the leak could result in a "significant" financial loss for the band.

Cogill will not face any special Internet restrictions, but was ordered to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 17.

"Guns N' Roses representatives have been made aware of the arrest and are leaving the matter to the authorities," said Larry Solters, the band's spokesman.

I understand that the album is yet to be released and he is violating copyright laws, but he did remove them. And seriously, "significant" financial loss is just ridiculous!! Axl is just a whiny bitch. People who want the album are still going to buy it, some small time blogger isn't going to make CD sales suffer dramatically, if even at all. Maybe if he put the album out on time months ago like it was supposed to be people wouldn't be trying to find it other places!! Suge Knight Arrested!!!!

Marion "Suge" Knight was jailed today on assault and drug charges after he was accused of beating his girlfriend while brandishing a knife near the Las Vegas Strip, police said.

Suge posted $19,000 bail and was scheduled to be released late today with a promise to appear Sept. 26 in Las Vegas Justice Court, a court spokeswoman said.

Police said the founder of the bankrupt Death Row Records was arrested about 6:40 a.m. after officers arrived at the scene of a minor traffic accident and found Knight hitting a woman in a parking lot off a busy thoroughfare.

"A citizen sees the beating in a parking lot, police get there fast, they see him beating her. It's a good solid case," said Las Vegas police Lt. Chris Carroll.

The woman was not stabbed but she was treated at a hospital for injuries that Carroll said were not life-threatening. Police did not release the woman's name or age, but said she identified herself as Knight's girlfriend of three years.

"This is a very large man," Carroll said, estimating his weight at more than twice the woman's. "He was on top of her, actually in the act of violently beating her when the officers arrived, with the knife in his hand."

At least one officer drew a Taser stun gun as they approached Knight, said Officer Jacinto Rivera, a police spokesman. He said he did not know if the officers drew their handguns.

Knight dropped the folding knife and was taken into custody without incident, Carroll said.

He was booked into the Clark County jail on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription and domestic violence.

Knight had the drugs Ecstasy and hydrocodone when he was arrested, Carroll said, but it was not clear if he or the woman had used drugs or alcohol before the arrest.

Lawyers David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, who are representing Knight, said they wanted to gather information about the arrest and talk with Knight before commenting.

Rivera said Knight and the woman left a Las Vegas strip club, Spearmint Rhino, shortly before the arrest. They were alone in a champagne-colored Cadillac Escalade.

Police said Knight and the woman argued in the vehicle while Knight was driving before he allegedly punched her in the head.

"The victim purposely grabbed the steering wheel and caused the vehicle to hit the curb," police said in a statement. Police said the woman tried to run away, but Knight caught her.

Knight has a history of legal problems, he was convicted of assault in 1992 and placed on probation, then jailed for five years in 1996 for violating that probation.
He returned to jail in 2003 for again violating parole for punching a parking attendant at a Hollywood nightclub. He was released the next year. Knight was wounded during a shooting at a party in a Miami nightclub in August 2005.

Seems to me like Mr.Knight has some anger issues, but that's just my opinion!!

But while his life was not in immediate danger, it had been necessary for him and his 22-year-old mother to be moved to a larger hospital in nearby Jessore city because of the growing crowd outside the clinic.

'Even before we moved the baby and his mother from the clinic the crowd had grown to 150,000 and it is now just as big at the hospital.

'We fear the crowds are going to grow even bigger as word spreads.

'People are desperate to have a look at this baby.

'We had to call the police to control the situation at the clinic and now the police are on 24-hour guard at the hospital.'

Dr.Dre's Son Found Dead

Hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre's son has died at the age of 20.

Andre Young Jr was discovered in his bed by his mother at their Los Angeles home on Saturday morning. He had been out with friends the night before, but returned home at about 5.30am on Saturday.

Young Jr. was unresponsive when his mother went to check on him at around 10am. She then called the emergency services.

In a statement, his musician father said: 'Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr. Please respect his family's grief and privacy at this time.'

A post mortem has been completed but toxicology tests could take some weeks, officials said.

Besides Young Jr, Dr. Dre has four other children, Curtis, 27; Marcel, 17; Truth, 11 and Truly, seven.

Dr. Dre lives in Los Angeles with his wife of 12 years Nicole and his two youngest children.

MacKenzie Phillips was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday for alleged drug possession.

"She was being screened by airport security when a small amount of what appeared to be heroin and cocaine were found on her person," Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. "She was arrested at about 10 a.m. and is still in custody."

He added: "The substances were found in balloons and baggies."

Phillips was booked at the Van Nuys, Calif. jail, and bail was set at $10,000.

The One Day at a Time actress, 48, has long struggled with drug addiction, which led to her termination from the show. She also played a drug counselor on 90210 and spent time with her father in a rehab in the 80's for drugs.

Phillips resurrected her showbiz career in the late 1990s, starring in the Disney Channel series So Weird as a former rockstar dealing with motherhood.

Jay-Z has sold his Las Vegas 40/40 club for an undisclosed amount of money. This comes less than 9 months after it's opening.

There have been reports of problems since the place opened in January 2008. It struggled to open for New Year's Eve after reportedly failing inspection.

Disgruntled employees who were fired or resigned also complained to local media shortly after its opening.

The space will reportedly be turned into a sports bar by the hotel. But Jay's not discouraged by this closing, he still plans to open 40/40 Clubs in Chicago, Tokyo and Macau. Hopefully they turn out to be as successful as his Atlantic City and NYC ones.

The singer, who confirmed the pregnancy back in May, says she and husband Pete Wentz have been knee-deep in baby-proofing their Hollywood home.

"We're getting the nursery ready," said Simpson. "I can't wait to be a mom and he can't wait to be a dad, so it's fun."

"I have the greatest husband," she said. "He's so awesome. It's fun to have somebody that I love to do this with."

Having her family around has been comforting too. "My mom and my grandmother [have] given me good motherly advice," said Simpson, "but it's one of those things where your mother instincts kind of kick in right away."

Other things on their to-do list? Picking a baby name. But Simpson says they haven't settled on one yet.

After joking about calling their kid "Orange," Simpson said, "I don't think it's something we'll decide until the baby comes."

She's also been writing a few new tunes, but won't jump back into the studio until her little bundle is born.

"The baby is my main focus right now," she says. "We're both so excited. I mean, this is definitely the happiest moment in my life."

The rumor mill has been going crazy when Fox announced they will be adding a new judge to their show American Idol.

Kara DioGuardi a music industry powerhouse, has penned and produced hits for Celine Dion, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera (to name a few). She will meet up for the first time with Idol’s original judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul on Tuesday for the New York auditions of the upcoming season, which will air on FOX in January 2009.

Paula Abdul has been Idol's only female judge for seven seasons, and rumors say she is feeling threatened.

Kara weighs in, “I haven’t spoken to her. I would think she’d be excited,” DioGuardi said, noting that she and Abdul collaborated on the Kylie Minogue hit “Spinning Around” in 2000.

Fans who were surprised with the announcement that Idol will add another judge are not alone. “I almost fell off the chair,” DioGuardi said of hearing from the show’s producers, who approached her for the gig and are hoping to create “a new chemistry as well as keeping the old” with the expansion of the judges’ panel.

DioGuardi told reporters she doesn’t know where she’ll sit or how four judges will break a tie during the auditions.

“I’m a little nervous,” admitted DioGuardi, who said her approach to judging is simple. “I’m going to be a straight shooter and say it like I see it and maintain that philosophy.”

So is she more of a Paula or a Simon? “I’m somebody who’s really honest and gives an opinion,” she said. “If I feel I need to be hard, I will be. And if I feel I need to be more nurturing, I will be.”

Today, Da Brat, real name Shawntae Harris, was sentenced to three years in prison for striking a woman with a rum bottle at an Atlanta-area nightclub. The judge also gave her 7 years probation and 200 hours of community service.

The fateful incident occurred during a Jermaine Dupri-hosted Halloween party at Georgia-area nightclub Studio 72 on Oct. 31, 2007. The victim, a waitress at the club, had to be hospitalized after being struck by the rapstress, and Superior Court Judge Gail Flake said the woman suffered permanent facial scarring.

Da Brat and the victim had reportedly gotten into an altercation prior to the assault, police said at the time.

This sentence follows a string of other female rappers who have been imprisoned for assault and attempted manslaughter, including Lil' Kim, Foxy Brown and most recently Remy Ma.

Some of the cast members of the new 90210 are reportedly upset that Tori Spelling won't be joining them this fall on set.

Rumor is that it's over her salary. A website claims that Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth are being paid $35,000-$50,000 per episode, while Tori would only be getting $10,000-$20,000.

“[The press thinks] we’re at war over salary with Tori. I didn’t know I was at war with Tori,” Garth said. “I’m really bummed because I love Tori and I was psyched Tori was going to be on the show. I think she should definitely get paid as much as either of us is getting paid. Her father created the show. It just seems wrong if that’s the case. I don’t know what really happened because I haven’t talked to her. I would like to talk to her.” Doherty adds that she isn’t believing the internet report, “They didn’t even get the numbers right, so I don’t know if it’s about the money either.” Whatever the case, Garth hopes the door isn’t closed on Donna Martin’s return: “I’ll try to butt my head in whenever I can and tell people what I think about it.”

When asked for a comment about Spelling’s discussions with the network, a CW spokesman said simply, "The CW has no deal with Tori Spelling to appear on 90210 at this time."

I can see why Tori would not play her role if the salaries reported are correct. Why would she want to be getting paid less? I know Brenda and Kelly's roles were by far more popular, but still her dad created the show. If it wasn't for him this revival would never be happening because there would be no 90210. Then again with him gone, I guess they don't really care too much about pleasing her anymore.

Either way I'm still looking forward to checking it out. This was my favorite show growing up. Hopefully they won't screw it up.

Madonna's biographer gave an inside scoop on the break-up of one of the most high-profile marriages in show business.

Last weekend two friends of Madonna visited her at one of her New York apartments and, during a chat over tea, the subject of her marriage was raised.

"So, how are things going with Guy?" one of the women asked. "Fine," Madonna answered, tersely. "But there have been so many news reports . . ." the friend continued. Madonna's faced darkened. "If you think I'm going to discuss this with you now, you're very wrong."

But the friend continued to push: "Well, what they're saying is . . ."

Madonna started to really freak. "Stop right there," she warned. "This subject is off limits. I'm serious."

With that, the conversation uneasily shifted to the more acceptable topic of Madonna's latest CD, Hard Candy, and her upcoming Sticky And Sweet Tour.

The trouble seems to be that since Madonna is unwilling to discuss her private life, others have been busy doing it for her.

Stories about end of her seven-year marriage to Guy Ritchie have been circulating for more than a year.

Their recent, very strained, appearance at the Cannes Film Festival did little to convince anyone that they were happy.

But the rumor mill went into overdrive this week, when it was reported that Madonna had been consulting Fiona Shackleton, one of Britain's top divorce lawyers, who famously represented Sir Paul McCartney in his bitter divorce from Heather Mills.

"Only recently, she told Guy: "You know it's over and I know it's over. So, let's just do it in as civilised a way as we can."

"I think she believed that if there was an understanding between them before the tour began, he wouldn't have as much right to complain about his and the children's lives being turned upside down, as he has done in the past."

Madonna once said that she and Guy "have been having the same fight for many years". She was referring to the stress her work puts on her family life.

"Every couple of years, it's the same story," adds the source. "She makes a record. She tours to promote it. It causes chaos in their lives. He complains. They fight- a lot. The tour ends. She promises "never again". Two years go by, and then she plans another record and another tour."

Madonna is determined to make this tour her greatest yet, but she's also trying to formulate a way to keep the family together, at least until it's over.

"It's important to her that the children live as normal a life as possible when they are on the road with her this summer," another source explains.

"She fears that a big announcement will put them under even more scrutiny. If nothing is said before the tour, she and Guy can then share possession of the children without the Press viewing it as a custody battle."

"Also, Guy can visit her and the kids on the road if he wants to, and it won't cause an avalanche of speculation about a possible reconciliation."

Guy's position, as put by one of his close friends, is that "his wife is an extremely difficult spouse".

"He has taken to describing her with two words, "absolutely impossible", ' says one of Ritchie's friends. 'The world might see her as driven and talented but, as he sees it, she's just never happy with her life, his life, or anyone else's. 'Or, as he once put it to me: "That one's never satisfied and I'm afraid it's going to catch up with her one day.'' '

"Guy's life became all about managing the day-to-day whirlwind that is his wife's career,' says the source. 'It's always chaos, very distracting and all encompassing."

Another friend of Guy's painted an even bleaker picture. 'If you were to really look back on his relationship with Madonna, it's been one emasculation after another. 'For instance, he is constantly thought of in the media as 'Mr Madonna' - which upsets him. He knows he's been viewed as little more than her bag holder for a long time. But when Madonna started directing short films a couple of years ago, he felt she had crossed a line. 'Could she not leave one thing for him? She makes music, she makes videos, she writes children's books, she acts, could she not leave the film directing to him? 'All of it just made him look bad in the public eye.'

'Guy is famous for something else, entirely, being Madonna's husband, and that hasn't helped him, at all. Any time a film studio decides to green light a project, it's putting tens of millions of dollars behind it.

'However, many movie executives haven't wanted to take the risk of finding out whether or not Guy is just "Mr Madonna" or still a decent director. As a result, important projects in recent years haven't got off the ground for him.'

For her part, Madonna feels that Guy has, in certain ways, crumbled in recent years. 'He has not been there for her,' says one of Madonna's friends.

'She gives a lot. She works hard. And he just hasn't been that supportive lately. So, yes, they have had some blazing rows. They are passionate people and they fight hard.

'For instance, it galls Madonna that she gives Guy career advice all the time and he never, ever takes it. She truly believes she is a genius in business, and many people might agree.

Another of Guy's friends describes his marriage to Madonna as having been a 'golden handcuffs' situation for him. When he met Madonna in 1998, he still had a steady income. However, with the passing of the years, that income dried up while his style of living was enhanced, ten-fold.

'The marriage soon presented a very complex power differential,' the source maintains. 'Being an Englishmen from a very conventional family, Guy has a traditional concept of a man and woman's role in a relationship, and that just hasn't added up in his day-to-day with Madonna. I think he's felt trapped and hasn't known how to proceed.

'Clearly, Madonna is the one holding all the cards. She's the one with the big guns when it comes to any type of negotiation. 'He's smart, though. He waited it out until even she had to admit that the marriage was over. Maybe he felt she would be fairer if it was her idea rather than his. 'All I know is that when she finally came to him recently and said: "Look it's over." He was relieved.'

Madonna's finances are, at this point, difficult to ascertain. Certainly, many hundreds of millions are at stake, much of which has been earned in the past seven years. Last year alone she signed a $100million deal with concert promotion company Live Nation, not just for shows and tour merchandising but also for future recordings. It's one of the biggest contracts in the history of the entertainment business.

Reports have suggested that she may now have to give up as much as half of her recent fortune to pay Guy off, since the couple are thought not to have a pre-nuptial agreement.

However, some of Madonna's friends find this assumption implausible. One told me: 'If you think she would marry Guy without a pre-nup, you don't know her very well, do you? She thinks of everything.' Maybe not this time, though.

Another source very close to the entertainer put it to me like this: 'A huge problem with people's perception of Madonna is that she is thought of as a cold-hearted business woman at the expense of everything else in her life. However, she does not view her personal life as a business.

'She wanted a healthy marriage and children from the time she was about 35, a goal separate and apart from her career. When she met Guy, she was following her heart. She felt she hit the lottery with him. 'She believed the marriage would last for ever. She couldn't imagine reaching into her purse and pulling out a contract for him to sign. No way. She loved him too much. So, I'm sure there is no pre-nup.

'In that respect, she could have a big problem ahead of her. He may be entitled to quite a lot of money. Yes, this whole thing could be very expensive for her.'

At this point, though, losing a vast chunk of her fortune is not at the forefront of Madonna's mind. She is simply moving on with her life as best she can, setting up a home in one of her New York apartments and making plans to relocate there permanently.

She and Guy have already agreed they will share custody of their three children, say their friends, though of course, any such plans continue to be vehemently denied by her representatives.

In fact, according to reliable sources, by this time next year, the Ritchies will be divorced.

I never even knew why they were together to begin with. They just never really seemed happy..I mean maybe they were in the verryy beginning, but the last 5 years they both seemed miserable. They don't seem happy when they are out in public at all. I'm sure it does make him feel really bad that all he is known for is being Madonna's husband. He has lost all identity of himself which I'm sure has caused him lots of issues. I'm sure they signed a pre-nup, she would of been stupid not to, regardless how in love she was; she was worth tons then. But staying together for the media just seems so silly, then again I'm not a celebrity so I don't know how tough it is to have your whole life scrutinized like that. I guess it's just easier for them to "play" marriage for another couple months, then divorce and then she can go into hiding. Oh well, guess we'll see what happens!!

Michelle Williams Denies Reports Of Problems With Heath's Family!!

Supposedly there has been a lot of fighting and tension going on between Michelle William's and Heath Ledger's family after his death. It's all because of....you guessed it right-his MONEY!!! But new reports out are saying she is denying that she's missing the premiere of The Dark Knight because of tension with his family.

"The presumption that Michelle ever intended to attend The Dark Knight premiere is unfounded, but to say she is 'boycotting' due to a rift with Heath's family is absurd," Williams's rep Mara Buxbaum said in a statement.

She added: "It is time to allow this family to go about their lives without this continued scrutiny and speculation."

Ledger's family confirmed that they would be flying from Perth, Western Australia to New York City to attend his premiere on July 14, just days before the six-month anniversary of the actor's death.
