Ellen Page will play the title heroine in a BBC Films adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's 19th-century novel Jane Eyre.Producers hope to begin filming this fall. Bronte's tale, about a governess who warms the heart of her employer but discovers his dark secret, is one of the most adapted works in the English language.
