I love how happy these two are together!!! It's great to see them both with the hugest smiles on their faces...guess they really are in love. This was taken while they were hanging out in New York.

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong act very discreet while getting lunch at a Whole Foods in Austin, Texas. The night before, the pair shared a sushi dinner at Uchi. Don't know why the keep trying to hide when the world already knows they are dating and pretty much no one cares!!

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong only had eyes for each other at Dolce & Gabbana's annual party in Cannes Friday.

The pair kissed and danced to old Madonna songs and other '80s favorites. "They were beaming at each other," a source says. "So cute."

In a VIP room so packed, Hudson and Armstrong chatted briefly with Cannes juror Natalie Portman, who was holding hands with her folk-rocker beau Devendra Banhart. (Unlike all the other female celebrity guests, Portman wore Chanel because she decided to come to the party at the last minute.)

Other guests at the packed party, held at Baoli restaurant and club, included Lindsay Lohan, Rose McGowan (who partied until 5:30 am, broken foot and all), Kerry Washington, Naomi Campbell, Dita von Teese and Diddy.

Seems like Kate is moving a little fast. Her and Owen just broke up like last week--then again he is out partying with strippers and all.

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong were spotted in Austin on both Friday and Saturday nights. First, the pair dined at Eddie V's, a high-end restaurant frequented by Armstrong, according to a restaurant insider.

"They came in [Friday] and had dinner together, it's true," the insider tells PEOPLE.

The next night, Hudson, 29, and Armstrong, 36, ate at the casual Hula Hut with the athlete's three children and a group of friends. "They came in with the kids and a large group of people," says another restaurant source. "They ordered dinner – tacos, burgers and fries and that sort of stuff."

Asked if the pair looked romantic, the source merely said, "They looked like they were having fun."

Hudson and Armstrong were also in the same place on Thursday: Both were spotted in New York at the Wildwood Barbeque restaurant at the afterparty following Kid Rock's Madison Square Garden concert.

Kate Hudson has Moved On

Word is that Kate Hudson has already gotten over her second break-up with Owen Wilson. Sources say she is now seeing Lance Armstrong. That's interesting, since Owen and Lance are "friends". I wonder how Owen is feeling about all that. Guess we'll see if it's even true and what's gonna happen next in dramaland.

Kate and Owen have ended it less than two months after rekindling their romance in Miami.

The end of it comes after reports that the pair were engaged, fueled by photos of Hudson wearing a Tiffany & Co. ring (it was a prop!) both on-and-off set of her film Bride Wars, which she's filming in Boston.

"It was a pretty bad breakup," says a Wilson pal. "Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn't want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him."

Since the split, Hudson, 29, and Wilson, 39, have each been spotted letting loose. On May 9, Hudson and Bride Wars costar Steve Howey, 30, visited Boston's Liberty Hotel bar, Alibi. And on May 11, Wilson dropped by N.Y.C.'s Upstairs with two women.

"He was pretty chummy with the ladies ... he was certainly doing some sweet talking," according to an onlooker. "He looked happy to be there hanging with them." The late-night outing was followed by a visit to Butter the next night, where he chatted up a sexy blonde. Says a Hudson source: "She feels dumb thinking it was so serious."

I hope for the sake of his mental sanity, he really doesn't dwell on it too much. Maybe this second break-up will be easier than the first one was on him.
