Finally Nick Bollea's prayers have been answered..No he is not out of jail yet, but he is out of solitary. Nick was moved out of solitary confinement to a cell with three other juveniles today.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the move was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification," the St. Petersburg Times reports.
The sheriff made no reference to Bollea's legal challenge to being held in solitary, which a judge had rejected.
Kinda funny how they were trying to take legal measures against him being in solitary that got rejected and now today he is moved out of solitary. Weird!!
